After I graduated from University, I ever served as a corporate researcher in a capital investment company. Since the main object of corporate researchers is to evaluate the intrinsic value of the candidate corporations, it’s extraordinarily important for all the members of research team to cooperate, to support, and to harmonize with each other.
To accomplish a sound corporation memoir, it contains not only quantitative data but also qualitative analysis. Thus we, the hole research group, have to discuss about the main idea and the extent will be contained in the paper first; and then, we will divided the heavy loading, including data collection, information extract, and analysis composition, into several parts, so it’s especially important that each team member has keen sense of responsibility.
The most advantage of accomplishing a project through teamwork is that it helps the research more completed and systemically thinking. Owing to the process of discussion constantly, I not only learn to interpret the same things in different angles but can encourage me to get marvelous finding through the interaction with them. However, teamwork also can turn the result to the opposite side as the members of it only care about the opinions themselves or, much worse, feel indifferent about it.
In my experience, the intelligence produced as a result of teamwork is far greater than one’s vision. Yet, such kind of success must be built up on a platform with particular traits before it is accomplished, such as the common recognition of goals right from the bottom of members’ hearts, be open-minded with others’ opinions, and be patient to listen to what other team members say clearly first. It is the honest treatment and communication which makes members trust one another more, more eager to share their thoughts, and thereby to promote better team atmosphere. In fact, such kind of beneficial circle can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of accomplishing the goal.
